Orders placed before 5:00 PM are processed for same-day dispatch where stock allows. Nairobi delivery is estimated at 1–3 hours, Pickup Mtaani is next day, and out-of-Nairobi parcels are usually same day to next day.

Jewellery sales are final except when an item arrives damaged or the wrong item was sent. Report damage within 24 hours with your order number and clear photos or video.

Keep jewellery away from water, perfume, lotions and chemicals. Remove it before bathing, sleeping and exercise; store pieces separately and clean with a soft dry cloth.
